Tahitian Reunion April 3, 2009

The Tahitian Reunion on April 3, 2009, was a lot of fun for us. Jerry is with Marie Ciszynski, who he hadn't seen since January 1966. She was one of their French sisters.

Frere Ah Lo worked with us in the temple one day a week.

Bernadette Legaulier came to the temple almost every week as a patron. Opps her picture got deleted by accident.

Tom Mackay, Christina & President Tarati, Connie

President Tarati was sustained as an area 70 at the General Conference on Saturday morning. He was a wonderful mission president and was released in July 2008. He and his wife live in Moorea.

SNOW in April

Those are deer tracks. They love my vegetation.
Can you believe all the snow??? It was beautiful and last night it reminded me of the night Jerry and I were engaged. He had taken me to the "Heidelberg" in Farmington, Utah, and there was a light snow coming down with trees already heavy laden in snow. It was romantic and beautiful.

Yes, it looks like we had a large herd of deer in our backyard last night.

Trees laden in snow are beautiful, even if it is April 16th! No, I haven't been throwing snowballs at Jerry! The blobs of snow are actually on the branches of our tree.
